Background: Tetakai is a native of a land far off to the East, an unlawful place thick with corrupt aether and brutal battles. At the young age of 8, Tetakai was trapped in a house fire. The fire took the lives of her parents, as well as the house, leaving Tetakai with a severe burn covering her left arm. She didn't grow up with many friends, and made money by pitching in at a repair shop for mechanical items, and by growing and selling flowers in the windowsill of her adopted father's apartment. By the time she was 18, Tetakai had enough money saved up to buy a ticket to Eorzea, in hopes of learning the art of healing magic. She made new friends who introduced her to Sundown, and currently researches healing and protective spells in hopes of making the world a safer place for everyone.
