Two males stand bored at the Gold Exchange in Ul’dah. One a Miqo’te, the other a Roegadyn. They have done it all. PvE, PvP, RP and other cool acronyms. They sigh and look around as several sprout players run by.
“If only we had anything to do. I’ve done all these seasonal events!” The Miqo’te complains.
“I’m so tired of wiping in silly runs against Sophia, I don’t really think this is worth it anymore.” The Roegadyn adds.
Suddenly, all light around them disappears. Leaving them in complete darkness.
“What the-?”
“Seven ‘ells?”
Two sharp spotlights turn on with the sound of a spotlight being turned on, one on each of the males standing there.
Are you tired of running the same content again and again? Would you like- (“Is that an announcer voice?”) -to finally try something new? Completely out of the ordinary?
The two men look at each other in total confusion.
“What is going on-“ the Roegadyn begins.
I thought you might! Then look no further. Sundown proudly presents STORYTIME™! The best of times you could ever think of, now also featuring STORIES!
A third spotlight turns on, unnecessary as it tosses its light on a large neon sign behind them, tossing its neon-green and -red lights out everywhere. The sign in all simplicity simply stating its simple text:

The Roegadyn raises a hand to scratch the top of his head as a heavenly chorus loudly sings StoryTime™! StoryTime™! STOOOOORYTIME™! The Miqo’te casually steps out of the beam from the spotlight, only to have it following him after a second.
And when and where can you experience this wonderful event, I hear you ask?
“No.” The Miqo’te states, not without a certain amount of annoyance to his voice.
And when and where can you experience this wonderful event, I hear you ask?
“No….?”
ASK! ASK! ASK! The chorus chimes in.
The Roegadyn sighs, looking around helplessly, in search of where in Eorzea that stupid voice is coming from. “… when and how-“ WHERE! “-where, sorry, can I see this?”
I am so glad you impulsively asked! The entire thing will be hosted at the SUNDOWN AETHERWORKS BASEMENT! They have seating, they have drinks, they have a stage! It is your turn to take it! 3/18 is the date, and 3PM CST is the time! Make sure to be there, it will be a time to remember! Even little Jimmy is looking forward to it!
A fourth spotlight turns on next to the Miqo’te, revealing a little Hyur boy standing there. The shock however makes the Miqo’te jump several feet away, his own spotlight quickly moving to follow him.
“I sure do look forward to StoryTime™!” Little Jimmy says.
The spotlight turns off Little Jimmy again.
The Roegadyn looks to his Miqo’te friend. “Are we going mad here?”
Make sure to be there! It will be a time to remember! StoryTime™! The newest addition brought to you from the SUNDOWN AETHERWORKS!
As sudden as the spotlight appeared, they turn off, leaving the two in complete darkness for another second before the normal lighting returns, leaving them once again standing in Ul’dah. The faint heavenly chorus of StoryTime™! StoryTime™! StoooooryTime™! still ringing in their ears.
“So… are we going?” The Miqo’te asks the Roegadyn.
His answer is just a shake on his head with a few sighed words. “I’ve no idea what happened.”

Welcome to the Sundown StoryTime™! A casual RP event taking place in the basement of the FC-house! The 18th of March, 3 PM CST! The idea is simply to meet and take turns sharing a good story! You do not need to be a heavy-RPer, nor RP’er at all! You are more than welcome to simply just take a seat and enjoy the show! Everyone can attend and tell a story if they wish, be it borne from heartfelt RP, or that annoying story about a WHM that just ‘forgot’ how to heal! The important thing is we are there to share and have fun! I do however ask, the all stories told are kept MSQ spoiler-free! No need to accidentally ruin it for players who have yet to do it ;)
