Drama We understand everyone will not get along 100% of the time, especially in a Free Company of this size! Keep arguments outside of Free Company chat and contact an Officer to mediate the problem. DO NOT entice any existing argument, as it will only make things worse.

Do not spam in FC chat It may seem funny to you, but to others it is annoying and distracting.
Keep touchy subjects out of FC chat Subjects such as religion, sexism, racism, and rape can often lead to some very negative outcomes. We understand that sometimes you feel like discussing these topics, but keep in mind that this is a large FC and many members have had past experiences related to these topics that they do not want to be reminded about.
Keep arguments OUT We do not like it when someone tries to stir up trouble in the FC chat. If you want to argue with someone, please keep it within tells. If the argument gets out of hand, refer to an Officer for assistance.
Know your limit Learn where to draw the line. If someone asks you to stop discussing something due to taking personal offense from it, you stop. If the subject isn't dropped or the chat escalates due to toxic behavior, you may be removed from the FC. Who You Gonna Call? Not everything is all rainbows and sunshine all of the time… if a conflict arises, here's what you should do:
Stay Calm! Some people simply can't be reasoned with. It's best to take a step back and not add fuel to the fire. Remove yourself from the situation if possible or needed.
Take Screenshots Be sure it shows the full dialogue of what happened.
Contact an Officer Approach an Officer and let them know what happened. Provide the screenshots to them. If there is no Officer online, wait for one or message them in-game or on the website.
